Indoor pool option, location advantages for explorers, spacious suites ideal for families

Cleanliness could really use some attention!!! Wi-Fi reliability seems inconsistent, making it tough for business travelers like myself. In addition, those low toilets are simply not comfortable for anyone!!! Really needs a more modern touch overall.

The room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby dining and shops. Would recommend! 😊

We really enjoyed the indoor pool, especially the kids! The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Katy Trail for biking and hiking.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities on-site.

Enjoyed a pleasant three-night family stay with an unexpected upgrade to a suite! The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after long days. i loved how close i was to both the st charles historic district and bangert island park, making my city explorations so enjoyable and fulfilling every day.

I stayed for two nights and really loved the indoor pool size and the excellent breakfast choices! The clean room felt very welcoming, but the elevator was slow.

On the not-so-great side, the hallways and some common areas showed signs of wear, with carpet needing a good cleaning and upkeep. Noisy disturbances from the outside were a bit bothersome at night, impacting the overall sleep quality. The elevator was a notable irritation, being slow and sporadically out of service, which added to the hassle, particularly for those on the higher floors.

Great value for a couple getaway!

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, like Anthony the shuttle driver, always had a joke to tell. The breakfast was a highlight, Susan was fantastic, made it feel like a home-cooked meal every morning!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still worth it in my opinion.
